Migration process is failing constantly, cannot use app at all, fix it asap
App is crushing very often. Not able to hook up many of the heaters to WiFi gen2. Why on earth I have to be an expert in all these WiFi settings? Why your Mill heaters can’t just connect as many other devices do? All these ports, channels, bandwidth etc... GIVE ME A BREAK!... I pay 150EUR for the heater that can’t connect to the WiFi. Will have to switch to another brand.
My main issue with this app: It displays loading for about 20 seconds after every operation I perform (such as changing the schedule or temperature). Saving schedules also bugs out really often for no apparent reason. The scroll and focus in the app is also missing or counter-intuitive, and some native features are overridden.
On several occasions contact had been lost with the ovens, at one point a server failure meant all settings were lost, etc. Good when working, but this need to be rock solid and stable, not flimsy.

Fungerer overraskende bra. Gjør jobben for oss. Det eneste er at det står ‘nå’ om siste temperaturen i dag - og for alle dager tidligere. Det er sikkert ment som ‘sist målt’ Det betyr ingen ting.
Hr hatt litt trøbbel med å holde gen 3 tilkoblet. Gen 2 har eg enda ikke klart å koble opp.
I have 7 mill heaters and 5 Wi-Fi sockets in my house. I have a smart home with 50+ devices running, but no other devices than all the mill devices are making so much trouble over all this years. Some months ago I had to buy WiFi sockets because it wasn’t possible anymore to connect my Wi-Fi heaters with my Wi-Fi. from one day to another it just stopped working. But now the brand new Wi-Fi sockets although stopped working. I don’t know how many times I contacted support in all this years and how many days I had to spend troubleshooting. But enough is enough. I am not spending any more of my money to this company and bad quality.
The heaters randomly disconnects from the Wi-Fi, with no apparent reason. There’s no (local) logs or anything to hint at what’s going on. I’ve been working in IT for 40 years, and I know how reliable my local setup is, but of course I have no control of the communication between my heaters and the systems Mill is running. Several times I’ve been away from home with the heaters in ‘away’ mode, 16C for me. And the app have no connection to the heaters at home, and I have no way of turning up the heat remotely. Yes, my network and everything else works perfectly. Avoid this brand.
