All I want to say is thank you for the information! I was way over training when I started listening! Now I’m feeling strong and my appetite is not out of control! So thank you! I listen while I do muscle mommy my 3 days a week and I have even started way back to your first ones while I just work around the house! I have gained a lot of knowledge in different areas and now trying to incorporate them to my life. Thank you!!!
These mental giants have upped my self-training 1000%. I have had wonderful coaches and trainers in my life, but this is hands down the most long lasting part of my self-education in adding life to my years and years to my life. My confidence and ability to plan workouts around short and long term goals have skyrocketed with regular listening.

Everything you want to learn about fitness and everything you didn’t know you should know about fitness! There’s never a dull moment in this podcast. Love to hear the real discussions about everyday life, pop cultures, media, and most importantly fitness and health.
I found Mind Pump via a interview Sal was doing on a YouTube channel a year ago. I have been a loyal listener ever since. Sal, Adam and Justin are very knowledgeable and tell the truth about health and fitness. They don’t B.S. about the process of getting healthy and strong. There’s no gimmick here. It’s straight forward and honest information on how to become healthy. And the podcast is full of entertaining banter between the guys. They also have very informative guests on that are as helpful as they are. I highly recommend Mind Pump for the entertainment and the knowledge that you will gain.

I’m a working mom, wife, fitness enthusiast and don’t have a lot of time to read and research therefore, Mindpump has been a convenient add on to my already busy life. I can count on them to be funny, authentic, and I consider them to be an easy listen. I’m grateful I get to plug them into my life without any down side. Grateful for their content and authenticity!

I love the entertaining way they present useful fitness information and it has been inspiring to listen to their encouragement for people wanting to get fitter and stronger. They cover a wide range of topics in their discussions from parenting to nutrition, and of course exercise. I highly recommend the podcast!
