5 stars….until it stopped working
I love this app - it was saving my life, work, and screen time 100%. But then one day it just completely stopped doing…anything…and nothing will fix it. Really sad :(

Mindberry made the default Apple screen time block even better by:
- Adding a “Mindfulness Break."
Mindberry doesn’t just tell you to put down your phone—it provides you an alternative to feel better.
- Removing the “Ignore Limit” button.
Mindberry doesn't allow you to ignore the screen time block, helping you maintain your volition of using your phone less.
HOW IT WORKS
After using your device continuously for a certain length of time, Mindberry will politely interrupt you to take a break. When the “Have a mindberry” screen pops up, you...
- can open the Mindberry app for a short breathing exercise.
- can't use your phone for 5 minutes (except for the essential iOS apps).
Customize your mindfulness interruption and break to your liking. You can edit things like:
- which apps should be monitored
- how much screen time before an interruption
- how long your mindfulness break is
BACKED BY SCIENCE
Research shows that using a device for long periods of time can be overstimulating and create an unhealthy amount of mental arousal. Mindberry helps you unravel that hyper-arousal by cutting the source and replacing it with a breathing technique—a method proven to be calming and centering.
