Navigatinal flow is not user friendly. I dont need suggestion. I know what i want and i expect the app to help me to find it. Eg. Similar functionalities you have on the web site.

After the last iOS update, it doesn’t work. All I see is a blank white screen.

After the latest update nothing works anymore. I can’t see my passes, I can’t see my bookings and I can’t see any schedules. So basically it doesn’t work

Please fix the security requirements to use add events only - there is no reason this app needs full calendar access. And if it does, explain why.

On iPhone/Google calendar After I sign up for classes, they appear in my calendar for a while, and then they disappear. They will reappear only if I reopen the app and play around in it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Tech support is no help and tells me to talk to my gym for them to raise the issue, but they don’t have time for that. I’ve missed many classes because they’ve disappeared from my schedule. I hate this app. Wish my gym would choose another. I’ve spoken to MANY people with the same issue. I don’t understand why there is such a high rating with such a high level of dissatisfaction.

Requires full calendar access to add events (huge privacy issue)

One of the best features of the app stopped working and I can no longer add appointments to my calendar. So dumb. It looks like they want all my calendar data - no way. I wish my gym would use an alternative app.

Unfortunately, the app has recently started asking for full calendar access in order to add a booking to my calendar. No thanks. I can go to the website to add the booking, but my personal schedule on the website does not indicate when the booking is not confirmed so I’m thinking I’m booked when actually I’m only on the waitlist. Sigh. Sorry excuse for a booking app & website in 2024. If only the gym owners near me would move to something better.

This app used to be super convenient to use—recent and often used studios right in the Home Screen one click away. No more. Favorites are gone, search crashes when you look for them. Sort of defeats the purpose of making it easier for businesses and patrons doesn’t it?
