Lost all my data
That’s awful.
Not stable
Starting the third time, every time the app does not recognize me and delete all previous entries
Not getting assessments
Hi! I’ve been using MinDoc Plus for a month now however I’m not receiving the promised 2 week assessments. After studying the app thoroughly I still can’t find how can I contact support about this. :(((
Progress deleted
I’ve been using the app for about a year and unfortunately today my progress has been deleted for an unknown reason. The app is very useful but this bug is upsetting and prevents me from further using
Crash deleted data
The app is great but it crashed and deleted all my progress. And now I can’t even login to have it back. Please do something about it, it seems like I’m not the only one with this problem. This is really upsetting to lose all your data for about 6 months.
After the latest update lost my previous info
I m not sure whether I had an account, actually I didn’t have to make one (probably) to track my emotions in the previous version. Now I have had an update and there is no previous info about my moods. Tried logging in with several e-mails of mine, but I guess that I didn’t create an account. As a result, no info is available ;( Could tech support please contact me or tell me whether I can restore the info from previous months. P.S. The app is great, absolutely love it, but sadly (or happily?) previous info lost.
App crashes after latest update
After the last update all my data got deleted and the app crashes when i try to login :( And you deleted the ability to add more moods, left it only to subscribed users, and its very upsetting, it’s not enough to describe

great app tho the time seems to be out of sync with my phone and i don’t know why. i answer evening questions in the morning and vice versa. it’s really annoying
fix the entry saving problem
The app is very good, it helps me a lot! Unfortunately, there is a constant problem with saving entries: labels or extra text may be missed, and I have to edit it many times before I get what I want. Could you please fix it? :( Thank you.
