I used to love this app
I used this consistently until I had to update my iOS, and the old version would not play on it, so I had to update the App. As soon as I did, for whatever reason they changed the format which I find intrusive and not remotely relaxing. Is there any way to access the old version? If not I’m deleting it. Thanks.

Mindfulness Meditation
Had Omicron Variant Covid for over a week and could not sleep even with medication. Sleep is absolutely necessary for the body to heal. I had an Antibody Infusion in hopes to help with the healing and learned about the process of mindfulness meditation from a nurse while they were accessing whether I could even do the infusion due to my unusually high blood pressure. My body was literally on overdrive fighting off Covid. The pamphlet I was given along with a stress ball recommended apps for meditation. I picked this app from the description in the App Store. I liked the hypnotic aspect from my own experience with a subliminal hypnotic aspect for weight loss some years ago sheer I had a remarkable success with. I picked this app and the first time I listened to it I fell asleep. I also woke shocked that I had actually slept and that I actually woke refreshed from just a few hours of sleep! I highly recommend this app.

By far the best meditation app. It was the only thing that helped me fall sleep when I had postpartum blues.
Christian subliminal messages
I used to love this app until I bought one of the tracks and it pushed creationism. The woman’s voice that does most of the tracks said, “you are made in the image of your creator.” This is straight out of the Christian bible. I appreciate the guidance and advice most of the tracks offer, but there are a few that are borderline proselytizing the listener. Not cool. I wish they would have stayed secular and not religious. So bummed.
Upgraded phone, Purchases not downloading
I had purchased multiple sessions and recently purchased a new phone. I have tried restoring my purchases but they are not downloading.
