This app has been a total game changer for my mental wellness. I really enjoy doing the daily recommended classes and ever since discovering Mindful Nation I’ve learnt how to manage my stress and anxiety better🧘💙

Meditation + music = magic Use it daily

I love the daily meditation that changes daily and especially like the different playlists that I can tap into depending on my mood - especially “Anxiety Goodbye” and the “Sleep” ones. The meditations are short and effective. This is a great app for those trying meditation for the first time as well as for those who practice regularly as the music component adds a really interesting and special layer to the practice.

I also subscribed for the free trial but was immediately charged. The app is actually ok but I found many of the meditations rushed

Total scam, avoid this app. Signed up for two week free trial and was charged immediately. They do not reply to emails.

Decided to take a 14 day free trial after reading a positive newspaper review. They immediately charged me for a month. It’s only £4.99 but no one likes getting scammed. Avoid.
