I’ve enjoying using this app throughout the week for movement as well as a pick-me-up. The challenge (I’m a few days in!) are multifaceted and don’t just focus on your standard fitness goals, which make them feel so much more engaging and accessible 🙌

I have never come across someone like Mariel before. I love the way she teaches yoga. Her App is a combination of her hard work in thinking how could she link her offers to our need. The App is very cool and you can find many classes by their length and type, there are some challenges (they are my favourite!) and very easy to use. Highly recommend it!!

Mariel’s expertise and energy shine in her app. The classes are phenomenal and there’s an amazing variety to choose from. Better still, there’s everything from mediations, to yoga and coaching, as well as challenges combining all three elements. I found the coaching sessions so empowering. Whatever you enjoy, whatever your mood, there really is something for everyone. Clean, simple, informative and easy to use, it’s an absolutely brilliant app. I can’t recommend it enough.
