The user can respond to the questions or simply read all the responses. The simple questions have great global intentions for the world to access this interactive journal.
Wellness Check-In: The Mindset Wellness Check-In feature is backed by technology that will consistently check in on the user engagement through a mood tracker. This feature encourages the user to pause, just for a moment to reflect and track their mood for that day.
