I cannot register wether with email nor phone. Support mails will be ignored!

App is not working
As many others Users say, same problem here. We don’t receive our code, not via phone and not via email. When we try to contact the support in the app, the send button don’t work. So we told our community manager. He told us, the problem will be solved end of the week … An other week later, still the same problem.
Disaster
Both email and phone number registration don’t work. App recommended to send an email to support. I did. Email reply came: E-Mail-Address does not exists. A disaster.
Doesn't work
Can't receive secret code. There is no error message when sending fails, so I'm confused and frustrated.
