Asked for a refund when the app auto charged me. The response speaks for itself… “Unfortunately, as per our Terms and Conditions, which you agreed to upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless the product failed to be delivered due to a technical fault on our end. Since the item was correctly delivered, we are unable to issue you a refund.”

I would give 0 stars if I could. I originally saw a AD for this and decided to try it because it said it was $14 a month. Then unexpectedly the next month they charged $31. When I tried to reach out to customer service they were very unhelpful. It looks like I’m not the only person who has experienced this. Not worth the money and will never get it again.

There no way to cancel your services on your own !! After searching and searching you will eventually discover that they only way to CANCEL is to email them and wait for a response. You can’t delete the app to stop payment you can’t stop through your Apple subscriptions because it DO NOT SHOW THAT YOUR SUBSCRIBE even though you set it up through your Apple account!!! So your under the assumption that there is no subscription… even on the app it don’t show a subscription under your account information Mind away is scheme!!!! To take your MONEY !! There serval ppl that has had to cancel there cards just to stop payment !! I am trying to get my money return to me now !!!! I REPEAT DONT DO IT !!!!! It will make your overthinking worse!!! LET ME :I DIDNT PURCHASE MY SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH THE WEBSITE I PURCHASED THROUGH THE APP ON MY IPHONR AGAIN IT ID BIG SCAM I CANT IMAGINE HOW MANY PPL HAVE LOST MONEY

Worst application ever and is a ripoff . They keep billing me although I have sent them an email to stop my subscription multiple times…. I don’t know how to stop it. It’s not an apple subscription, so I cannot unsubscribe on App Store. Kindly advise or else I will escalate the matter even further all across social media.

This app has no useful content and the billing practices are not ethical. DO NOT BOTHER TRYING THIS.

I bought a 6-month subscription for the app and immediately knew it wasn’t for me. Thinking this would be the end of it, I deleted the app thinking the payment would lapse and be over. I had email notifications turned on in case I received any updates regarding subscriptions needing to be canceled or of any charges that would occur. I received no notifications whatsoever explaining that the 6-month subscription would continue, and no notice of payment. By the way, I found I’m during this process that there is no easy way to unsubscribe on the platform. You MUST email them to unsubscribe. An a product designer, this is clearly a deliberate way to create a long road to remove your payment. Once I contacted customer support, they would deny a refund saying that the product was adequately delivered, but disregard the lack of transparency of the delivery notice and inconvenience of unsubscribing.

Downloaded app, wasn’t impressed with it so I deleted account. Still got charged after free trial ended. Someone should look into the scam they are running with subscription cancellation.

This app is the biggest waste of money. It’s basically just a stupid journal, all of the information is basic and googlable for free, and they make it impossible to unsubscribe so I was charged another $30 for nothing and they refuse to give my money back. They are a bunch of thieves who pray on the emotionally vulnerable during hard times. DONT DO IT!!!!!

I thought I cancelled the subscription. The app does not appear as a subscription in the App Store. I keep getting $30 charges every month with no way to cancel. They are sneaky with the subscription and a way to cancel. Don’t trust them.
