I really like this boutique so don’t get me wrong my issue is that when you put something in your waitlist WITHOUT preauthorizing it and it ends up in your cart (how idk) because I never preauthorize because I want to make sure I really want it before I purchase it and without preauthorizing it ends up in my cart and then somehow they charge my credit card without my permission a waitlist is just that in my opinion so anyway 2 items ended up in my cart today that was on my waitlist but NOT PREAUTHORIZED AND BOOM I WAS CHARGED ALMOST 80 dollars that I wasn’t expecting to come out of my account so this same thing happened a few months back and it overdrew my account and I had all these fees that I had to pay which was not my doing so beware that when you put something in your waitlist even without preauthorizing it it will end up in your cart without your permission so I guess you can’t leave things in your waitlist which is what I thought it was just that A WAITLIST (unless you PREAUTHORIZED IT !!!!….

The best boutique ever

I absolutely love Mindys boutique. I was not an online shopper at all until I found Mindys! I received a package and the dress I ordered was marked a 3x on the dress but in a package labeled 2x… called customer service…. They immediately issued me a refund and was an absolute delight to work with. I mailed the Kia marked dress back with no issues!!!!! Super fast shipping and the best experience with customer service I’ve ever had! Keep up the good work ladies! You rock!

Mindy’s Boutique is the absolute best. I have been shopping with them for some time now, they have the best labels, styles, fit for everyone, the make up and beauty products are better than any high end label for a quarter of the price and the Jewelry OMG they create it themselves I can talk about it for days .
