App doesn’t work at all even if I had it before and used before. Once you disconnect the camera for any reason, won’t connect again. Totally waste of time.

Since this latest update the app is now not finding or connecting to the camera. It used to work pretty well (not as reliable once too far from house) but now it simply is not working, disappointing and hopefully this gets fixed asap.

Very bad. After 24 hours it stops and cannot find the camera while you are away. Hard to trust your home so I stop using and I don't know how to claim my money back

App would be great but major Ongoing issues with iphone5s and the microphone option. Just throws you out of the app. Please fix.

There is an ongoing issue with the app losing the camera shortly after it's been added and it then needs added again. I thought this update would fix it but it hasn't. It makes remote viewing impossible. Please fix it.

Worked amazingly when first purchased. Used the camera in several loss prevention spots in retail. Now you cannot adjust anything on a camera without the app crashing. Very disappointed.

Would give it zero stars if possible. The camera will turn on and generate an image on your phone, but only through its own hotspot. If you try to open the settings as called for the instructions, the app just closes. Reinstalling did not change anything. Other users report the same issue. App support just returns a dead webpage. Totally useless. Don't waste your time or money.

Same as everyone else

I am having the same issue as others trying to use this app for my cameras. Worked great then crashes now. The app created for PC phones works great. I got my sisters phone and installed app and hooked up cameras fine, all works. However, my iPhone still didn’t until I got an upgrade to a 14. Still had app loaded and went to search for cameras and it automatically saw all 3. Awesome cause I was gonna buy different ones. Don’t have to now. If you have iPhone try that, you might get lucky. Still can’t go into settings as it still crashes but at least I can use cameras now to view, take a picture and video. Hope this helps someone.

I used to be able to do everything I loved this camera! I can no longer connect it to Wi-Fi since changing internet providers and I am able to connect to all my other devices upsetting I have to get rid of this camera
