App is pretty decent. Does what it should. However one thing that annoys me is the app’s slow updates to be compatible with apple iOS updates. I want to be able to update my phone regularly (right now i am unable to update to iOS 17.5) however i have to decide between this app or an update. I need this app to be able to link my pump to my phone & allow my family to see my pump data in case of emergency. Not fair. Please update to be compatible with new iOS updates more frequently

I haven’t been able to use this app since November 2023 on an iPhone running 17.3.1. The app spins trying to connect to phone and never does. I now use this app on a pixel 8 pro with zero issues.

The app needs an update that allows it to use the internet as we constantly get notifications when the app isn’t connected to wifi but we have plenty of data the app is also clunky and rarely works as intended took us over a year to get this app to work with the insulin pump that we have please spend a bit of time up grading things it has the possibility to be a great and informative app we wish for more functions aswell maybe make adjustment which can be handy if we need to do that for our child while they are at school or at a hospital appointment

Great app that makes it super easy and simple to review my sensor readings. Though I’m really looking forward to being able to use this with smaller complications on my watch!

Keeps asking for data consent constantly. Preventing the ability to share data.

Great app for keeping my specialists across my levels as it updates nightly so they can view. Live using the app whilst at the gym so I can have it on full screen so I can keep an eye on my sugars as I train. Would be great to have an appleCarPlay app so it could display on the screen in the car whilst driving and alert at 5 (no drive below 5!)

Please update so we can add a widget to the home screen so we don’t have to click into the app to see our level 😊

This app has many great benefits but due to the horrible ui and development of this app they are unusable. Perhaps the most annoying part is that The app constantly logs you out

Good app, some ideas to improve would be able to have a widget on homescreen to see bgl without opening the app or getting my pump out. Also being able to clear alarms or even suspend the pump from the app would be nice to see. Cheers

Medtronic please make blood sugar viewable on the Home Screen of an Apple Watch. At present several touch and swipes. It would be wonderful to check your blood sugar immediately on looking at your wrist. But thank you for what is there at present.
