Ordered sim was not delivered. The money return took 2 weeks, the return was only partial. The customer support doesn’t respond to emails.

Just like any other eSIM provider they are using the cheapest connection providers available probably to maximize their profits (or because these are the only one wanting to do business with them) I’m in a city with the best internet in the world and self driving cars (San Francisco) and I’m having the worst connectivity ever. Other eSIM providers unfortunately share the same issue. So I recommend just getting a local sim. Setup was easy and the app is intuitive. It is also quite cheap compared to other providers. However, the amount of connection issues I’ve had are just not worth it. Especially when you’re traveling and trying to find your way around

I can’t call anybody when I’m not connected to wifi.

Despite having data I can’t send text messages.

Started a new plan, got Covid and wanted to quit and get a refund , made no calls and despite trying to get a refund that was promised, money never turned up… they have no email no customer service number to follow up …. I’m going to forfeit money and walk away.

Everything they say about Mint working overseas is not true. I purchased Mint because I was going to the British Virgin Islands, where claims to have service. One of my phones had full service but my Mint mobile had zero. And when I spoke to support they said “…yeah sorry the problem is you’re overseas so it sometimes just doesn’t work overseas.” Seriously!

Hi, The app won’t let me set a password. When I type in a password and click ‘set password’ the loading icon appears for a second or two and then nothing happens. Cheers
