Mintpay | Pay Better.

So I got on the paying for or shop now and pay later train and when I tried to sign up it said my phone number is wrong but overall I thought it was a good app but I see it has some errors that need to correct before I start

I have using mint pay since 1 year such a great app.. I believe mint should be included in more shops including supermarkets in the future

App feels super fast. But I would love to have a dark mode option.

When I enter my phone number and password to log in through the app, I receive an error message saying: “Something went wrong, please try again.” I have already updated the app, and also tried deleting and reinstalling it, but the issue remains. However, I’m able to log in only through the web, when I try to buy an item using a shop link. In that process, after selecting Mint Pay, I can enter my mobile number and password and successfully log in but again, this works only on the web, not in the app.

I have recently experienced a great support from the mint team. Apart from the app it self, the service of the support team, which is very lacking in most other products, was great with them. Even the app is really easy to use and and very reliable in all my transactions.

I see in the app description that you mentioned the following date will collect financial info payment info card and other why do want to collect our card details how we can trust your trustability

When we go to shops and after payment done stores says order didnt receive,and they didnt have support number ad per them,even after i find a number of them and contacted i got the answer there is an issue with my bank and contact bank.then we can buy things from bank.even i shows msgs and all they refuse the order atleast they could have check, very disspointed.dont go for this i already deleted the app.this is my second time i wanted only to check ,please go for koko i have used it for 2 years but no any issues.not recommending.dont loose your money after pay for this

Their customer service is close to none. No one their just bunch of emails back and fourth no one resolve the issue yet. It took me weeks to get me an update about my non-delivered order. And i don't have nothing to do about it. They dont have an idea how to resolve the issue. They take merchant side not the customer side everytime. They cant cancel the order and now im charged for my second installment for a goods that i dont received. This is really disgusting.
