Subscribed for the monthly offline transcription and the performance is absolutely abysmal in my M1 iPad Pro. Took too long to transcribe a 1-hr recording and the accuracy is way off. The online transcription has slightly better accuracy but the price tier is untenable.
I have uninstalled and redownloaded, and despite continuing to be billed, my available credits are negative, even though I am just trying to do offline transcriptions. Lots to love about the app, and I get that the developer is just one person, but this is a total showstopper.
This is a game changer! This app should blow up, I am a medical student and this app has changed everything for me, especially because I always miss a ton of details. Thank you so much.
