The app kicks you out. You can’t type your login and password. Extremely frustrating. I had to use my desktop.

This app simply does not work. Not sure why you can’t print the tickets like most other apps. Furthermore the app simply is incredibly unfriendly.

Whoever had the idea to “update” the app should be fired. The previous version was amazing and easy to use. This version? Useless! Bring the old version back!

Just opens web views. Just a really really crappy app. Login is broken even for new accounts? Also I had a Mirvish lottery account as well but that looks like a separate account?

The recent Mirvish App is useless, freezes midway and will not show all tickets of productions to be listed for subscribers. Time further wasted having to contact Mirvish directly for assistance only to be told that I either had to change to mail delivery or pick up tickets at the box office.

They changed the UI and broke the app. I’m a subscriber and can’t access my tickets - it says I have no shows coming up. Don’t bother with it. It’s hardly an app at all anyway, all it does is open broken browser windows. You’re better off buying tickets or viewing tickets using the actual website

Mirvish had a very useful app until they decided they knew better for how subscribers should access any information about their tickets and account. It is a very frustrating experience with browser pop-ups that freeze.

I can login on my PC no problem. The app will not allow me to login with my same credentials.

East to use and present my tickets at the theatre. Never had a problem. Love the digital programs!!

Unfortunately unable to book tickets through the app (receive error) always need to call in or book it through PC. Do appreciate that I can access tickets though.
