I really love these tutorials. Every piece of them. Every time I see a new one it inspires me to sit at my sewing machine to create something similar. I want to express my gratitude to Jenny from the deepest of my heart. It was her tutorials which made me love quilting from the first sight!

I love MSQC -just received an order a few days ago. The order had a promo for the app. Didn’t know they had one, so I downloaded it. It looks pretty but is virtually unusable for actual shopping because there’s no “back” button to return to the previous list page after viewing an individual product. This is such a basic thing…how was this app launched without it?

I like the app in general, but my only complaint is there needs to be a back button. It’s very annoying when I look at a page and then when you navigate through the pages, to get back to the original page, you have to start again at the homepage. Please get a back button. Another problem I have with Missouri Star Quilt Co. is shipping takes too long. I mean it can take up to 5 or 6 days to get to FedEx. Another 5 or so days from FedEx to your home. When purchased on Monday, shipping label created on Wednesday. Label Created but package not picked up, FedEx tracking message “We'll add a delivery date as soon as we get your package.”Five days later still waiting for package pickup. Missouri Star Quilt Co’s free shipping is super slow. Package get from Missouri Star Quilt Co. to FedEx and sits for days before going on to next destination which my case is another FedEX warehouse. If you need your purchase for a quick project don’t use the free shipping or do not use Missouri Star Quilt Co. for purchase. My current order is sitting at same FedEx station for 3 days, why?

Where’s the back button? This app needs one. I use website more for this reason. It’s aggravating that you have to go back to start page to get back to where you were

I love looking at this app to purchase fabrics through the daily deal and also to get some great ideas from tutorials. However, there needs to be a “Back” button!!! I click on a fabric to look more closely at it and then want to return to my search. The only way I can get out of that fabric is to do the search again or hit the home button which takes me to the home page. It’s frustrating and is a waste of time. It’s easier to search for fabrics on Amazon than this app. Please, a “Back” button would be so helpful!

MSQC is a great company and I have shopped a lot here (like, a LOT), but this app just annoys me. Why do you not have a back button?? When you’re browsing through products, if you click on one to see more details, you can’t just go back to your search. You have to go back to the home page and start all over again. 😠 You know, frustrated customers = less shopping = less business. So yeah, you should probably fix that. 😒

There’s no back button, which makes shopping difficult. Please add that function to improve functionality. Thanks

There used to be a back button. Now if you are on page three of a product type (think layer cakes as a product type) and click on an item, to get out of that item, you have to go to the home page. Not the top of the product page you were on, or even the first page of that product type, the home page that shows up when you first open the app. This process, remembering where you were so you can click through menus to get back to it every time something catches your eye, disincentives shopping with Missouri star. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have the patience to go back more than three times before I give up, and since I am usually looking to spend more money for free shipping, I usually question if my original items are worth the purchase. You also used to be able to bookmark tutorials to find them easily, but no longer. Now to find a particular tutorial you have to go through sub menus and hope you’re right. And when you find the tutorial you’re looking for, you’d better take a screenshot, because you still can’t bookmark it for reference. Overall it seems usable convenience as well as educational features were sacrificed for poorly executed commercial features.

New version still almost unusable. Nothing is easy to get to, especially videos (which is what I use the app for, instead of the website). HOW IS THERE NO “BACK” BUTTON?!? Everytime I look at a product, I can’t just go back to the search results, I have to start all over. Pretty much won’t be using it anymore if I can help it. Shame, because I like this company a lot and have been shopping and learning from them for a long time.
