I can't complete my booking. “id verification required For security reasons, your booking needs to be reviewed by misterb&b Trust & Safety team. We're sorry for the inconvenience, we will contact you shortly.” But I have already verified my account. Support is not responding.

Unfortunately I haven’t realized when starting to search the property in the US that my account currency setting was in Euro as I’ve only reset it to the USD in the search page. I would rather have paid in the USD... but the owner of the property accepted us and that locked the payment currency in Euro... the currency change in the seetings didn’t help and we also didn’t want to restart the process as we would loose the discount. It should be possible to change the final currency payment at the final payment stage.
Please, add Russian language

I use booking.com as well as Airbnb. I tried this one out of curiosity and to have more options upon booking rooms however I must say. The owner advertising are extremely unprofessional, when I needed urgent help from the app side it took them over 24 hours to respond to me, and it just made my trip more stressful. The app has a nice design and all, but I am giving a one start for this app based on overall user experience. Stick to Airbnb where the quality control is much more strict and you can rely more on the reviews there.
Everything is flawless and I really enjoyed using the app during my trip!
Haven’t used this much yet. Just completing my profile.
