تطبيق جيد جدا ولاكن المشكلة انه يطول بالتوصيل وخدمه العملاء تطول ساعات ومحد يرد عليك وكلشي ما تعرف من الطلب

اسوء تطبيق ما انصح اي احد الشراء منه لا يوجد احترام للزبون ولا دقه في الاستقطاع
سياسة استرجاع
حذفت التطبيق للتو ولن اكرر التجربة مرة اخرى رغم كوني زبونة قديمة بسبب سياسة الاسترجاع عند وجود خلل في المنتج.. النقاط في حسابي كانت تؤهلني ان اطلب اي شيء بكلفة توصيل مجانية ، "مع ذلك الاصرار على كلفة توصيل استرجاع المادة المعطوبة " رغم كونها منتج معطوب ! واخباري في البداية لو كان المنتج سليم ستتحملين كلفة التوصيل! اذا كان المنتج سليم لماذا يتم الابلاغ عنه! ١٠ الف دينار هو ليس ربحآ مقابل خسارة زبون ! الزبون لن يشتكي من مادة تعمل بكفائة، لأنه لم يكن ليطلبها لولا الحاجة لها..

طالب صار ٦ ايام ودافع اون لاين واني بغداد مو محافظات فوكاها يكلي ٧٢ ساعه كحد اقصى وتوصلك تجربه فاشله وياكم وما تكرر بعد 💦
