A really bad app that is forced on tenants. It does not work, lags, freezes. It goes in reset loops on login. Key messages are also disappearing when I am told to contact the company through it. Everything this app does could have been achieved through the company website- but now we have to install another app that does not work!!! Has not worked since launch and the complaints are still the same!

The app claims that no private data is collected in the store, but I can’t use the app without consenting to targeted SMS and notifications. I won’t be using the app if this means my personal data is shared with hococo or is used for marketing emails. This feels deceiving.

This app is disastrous experience so far. Unresponsive, slow to refresh, small touch zones (i.e. the close icon in the top right corner of a post). There is no way to customize noticications, I get a notification about every single comment made on posts I haven't even opened. The documents section is lacking important things, like rental contract, inspection reports, etc. The app seems to be rushed, the features are buggy and lacking.

I am unable to create an account after several tries. My building says to use the app …

I downloaded the app, but am unable to use it because when I click on “new user” the app takes me to the “reset password” page every time, so I am not able to move forward or make use of it at all.
