I've purchased August issue inside your older <Mix Magazine> app and then I found "new app notice" so I followed the step to create account inside the old app. Then I downloaded the new app here and tried to access the purchase then I AM NOT registered! What's going on here? Even "Restore Purchase" with Apple ID does not work at all. On the error page you guys displayed contact customer support then no link! Guys, it's 2012!
This magazine is nearly dead. I prefer Sound On Sound magazine. Nearly 200 pages of content per issue and much better credible content.
I did the update as instructed to continue reading, then all of my issues prior to this year have disappeared. I PAID FOR THOSE!!!! If I can no longer see them via the app, mail me all that I paid for.
This app needs a new interface. All your issues are piled on top of years of back issues, so finding an issue to read is just like have 40 mix magazines sitting on a pile on the floor. Except that you would own all those, as opposed to having to always check the " preview" or " download" button. I just want to read my issue with out having to sort back and forth through the apps forced back issue browser every time I open the app. I will not be renewing my subscription.
Love the magazine. Had it on iPhone 5 and I was working. Does not work on iPhone 6+. Opens then disappears. You can see it when you go to view open apps but that's it. Please fix soon or else I'm canceling my subscription.
Purchased the iPad version of Mix magazine, downloaded the app, it would only show me other things to buy, tried to authenticate myself, never did anything but show me different things to buy, then it got stuck trying to authenticate. Took about 10 minutes and a reboot of my phone to remove the app. Get it together folks!

I have a hardcopy subscription and can't find a way to view without re-subscribing or purchasing.
I subscribe to Mix in print format and was expecting, as many other publishers offer, a way to link my print account to the app and get a digital copy for free. This is not the case. C'mon NewBay!
I should have known better. All of my issues are gone, App Support is nil, and they've moved to a new version. Way to go!! How else can you screw your subscribers? Really, you want me to buy the issues that I've already paid for? Thank, but no thanks. Wish I could just uninstall News Stand all together. Oh I see....The culprit is New Bay Media!! Uninstalling all of their products. Won't get me twice.
