MIXT

Tried multiple times to sign into my account, sign up for a new account, sign up for a new account under a different email address or phone number… All failed with some kind of error message about my account being blocked or email or phone number already being used. Password reset process doesn’t send me an email. it shouldn’t be this hard to order a salad.

Attempted to use the app with a reward twice while paying in person at the Santa Monica location and both times the app scans the code but doesn’t deduct the price. The first time I contacted customer service and was ghosted. The second time the app deducted the price on the register and again I was charged the full amount. Then the app wouldn’t close the screen with the QR code for the reward, even when the app was forced closed. I deleted the app. Too much trouble for a rewards program, which is a shame because the food is great.

Completing an order seems to be a pain point in development for the engineering team. Website is somehow worse

Terrible in every way possible, doesn’t take Apple Pay, loses your orders while making them, extremely buggy and full of crashes. Do better.

Since the app update, I can’t even log in to use it because it says my password is incorrect. When I reset my password, it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried resetting at least 5 times. Says I put in the wrong phone number which doesn’t even make sense? I’ve stopped going to MIXT because of this.

I’ve been going to MIXT and using this app and have gotten so many great perks! It’s so easy to keep track of your favorite DYO salads and reordering them without having to remember what you put on your last salad is my favorite part. I love checking out my rewards and realizing I have a free cookie, or an iced tea or $10 off my next meal. If you love MIXT, you need this app!!

The new MIXT app makes ordering my favorite Cobb salad ever absolutely seamless! I can now get it delivered at home as they must have extended the radius. It also tracks my delivery so I don’t miss the driver. The best new feature is favs, where I can easily reorder my custom Cobb (I add cucumbers, radishes & walnuts) without having to re-punch it in each time. Well done MIXT!

I love MIXT and so happy with their new app. So easy to navigate!

The new app makes it super easy to order, customize and track your delivery. I can also redeem rewards in the checkout flow.

This app is so user friendly and makes ordering salads just like as if I were in person! I’m so happy to use this app for my everyday ordering of MIXT
