There is a number of issues with the app, however the most painful is inability to actually purchase tickets. About a month ago I’ve tried to buy tickets but when processing payment the app had a pop up message that”smth went wrong try again later. I’ve tried 4 different cards and with the same result. The dumbest thing though that when you choose the seats they are “on hold” for some time and you can’t repeat the purchase once again as suggested so you have to wait for 20 minutes to get the same error. Eventually I bought the tickets on the website. What’s the point of the app then. Today i had the exact same issue. Deleted the dumb app

Me encanta ir a este cine. Siempre disfruto mucho llegar y tener comida,bebida y película al mismo tiempo.

Why is there a box to check “save my credit card” information and it never saves it? Every week I have to go in and submit my entire credit card information again. I would probably go more if I didn’t have to do that.

The app won’t finish loading, won’t let me pass the logo… I’ve got tickets that I already purchased on here and can’t access them! The website isn’t working either!

the app isn’t letting me in it just sits on the loading screen and doesn’t let me do anything. usually it works but at the moment it isn’t working

The app won’t load or let me login to my account and even when I tried to create a new account it just says error.

What an outrageous fee! More than tix!

APP would not allow me to use my free popcorn.

Love the app and love MJR however more payment options would be a lot more convenient
