Beware of sellers recalling tickets.
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work - tickets not appearing. No idea what to do.
Worst password recipe ever
This app forces you to make an account (without offering sign-in with apple) and as the most strict yet useless password requirements I’ve seen in a long time. It’s 2022 MLB, 15 character limits are problematic.
Simply doesn’t work
Bought 2 x Red Sox tickets via Ticketmaster for a game while on holiday in September 2022. Received e-mails from both Ticketmaster and Red Sox Ticket Office confirming I can access the tickets via MLB Ballpark using the same e-mail address I used to purchase tickets. This is the same e-mail I use for my existing MLB account. Downloaded Ballpark App and it recognised that I have MLB account but would not let me log in saying, “Something went wrong. Please try to log in.” Phoned Ballpark app helpline and followed their suggestions, try over 4G rather than Wifi, deleted and reinstalled App, rebooted phone, changed password. I also tried to clear my iPhone cache and tried over a different browser. Still not able to login. What a terrible experience! E-mailed Red Sox Ticket Office to ask if another delivery method is available but no response yet. Awful - avoid at all costs.
Miserable app
Terrible to use. Too fiddly.
No email verification
I am so far very unimpressed with this app. You forced me to download the app in order to access my tickets, and then I have to verify my email address in order to access them. I clicked for you to send me an email verification and I get an alert, which says, “Due to technical errors a verification email could not be sent.” If I click “retry” I just get the same alert. No further explanation, and no way of accessing the tickets that I have already paid for. I could not be less satisfied.
NY Mets
Downloaded the app last July, when I bought tickets for the Mets v Pirates. The app is good, user friendly and I will be using it again. It even works where I live in the Falkland Islands & our internet is really really bad.
Terrible
Since the update I cannot even access the app, absolute joke.
