is constantly glitching

I just downloaded the app, I was able to log in one time, after that it was a bunch of errors.

It’s now not working! It happened about once a week with me!

Using exact user ID and pw as I do in n computer and won’t let me in. Then I say “forgot PW” even thought I didn’t. , and my username I’ve had 18 years “doesn’t exist”

The app randomly freezes in the middle of using it. One minute it’s working fine then boom frozen.

We can’t change our one home branding from our old brokerage without this app ( Silly) and the branding page won’t load.

Overall this is a great app and is fairly easy to navigate. I would prefer that the price could be entered in manually instead of limited to the options provided, for example if I am searching for a rental home for up to $2,500. The app limits you to search for homes at $1,000 or the next option is $5,000.

I never logged out. It seem to work ok and then I get logged out and cannot log back in. My login and password are correct. This app is another let down!

The contact list will have a red notifications number on the Home Screen, but when you click on the contacts tab it no longer shows who the notifications are for. It used to have the contacts with notifications at the top of the list with a red number next to their name. Now there is no way to know when a client has a new favorite as it’s not even sending notifications to my phone. Prior the app was great and now it’s making communication and follow up difficult.

Are the people working on these updates alcoholics or something? App gets worse and worse with every update. Ever since the recent updates it crashes regularly, doesn’t save your sorting preferences anymore, and still doesn’t slow custom sqft searches. Why do we have to choose between 3000sqft and 5000sqft and nothing in between…?
