There should be a notification if the recycling won’t be picked up due to weather or whatever and when it might be rescheduled.

I like the reminder but didn’t realize I could change the time. I’m not that computer savvy. We were impressed that our pick up happened as usual on the snow day.

I like that I can set a time for the reminder. But the wizard needs work doesn’t search all items

I find the reminder very useful. Without it I’d never get the right container out and probably not remember when pickup day even was

I like the reminder via notification and my wife likes the paper one so we are both happy. (Seeing my neighbour’s out also helps)

The curbside pick up from NC is good. Service usually pretty steady. Only problem is at Christmas. With the stats and weekends we had no service for almost two weeks. Not acceptable for probably the busiest period of the year. Maybe we should dump the garbage on the steps at the Muni offices. Not even an offer to take it to the recycle depot. You PAY for garbage.

System is outdated, needs upgrading.

This is a great reminder system. It’s easy to use and includes a lot of valuable information.
