MO BUS

When try to collect MOPASS online then after all processings 'Get Fare' option not getting clicked.

Please work on the app and update it .not showing the correct data .

This app is absolutely a backwas app. There is following missing information: 1) bus schedule for all routes 2) travel planner has no option for feature date selection criteria by which you get all possible bus schedules 3) If the bus is not available right now the next schedule is not showing. The planning team has limited thought process.

The app is very difficult to use. User interface is very laggy. Not at all user friendly. Whoever designed this app please learn from OLA/Uber app. Please kindly update the app to current generation UI. And why is there a world map in a state bus service app?

It is unable to locate my location and crashes in latest ios upgrade

App loading time is the worst and very irritating while using the app loader getting loaded until unless i type on the screen..

To all the developers its a request for you to kindly keep the app functions intact. At times the app doesn't work. If you try to logout it doesn't lagin again. As a passenger who has bought a pass, its very difficult for us to manage as the app doesn't log you in and the inspection team demands the pass in the app itself. So, its a humble appeal to the developing team to pay attention to the aforesaid and resolve the issue especially for the IOS version of the app.

There are constant glitches and bugs im this apple version. I am a regular user of this aap and recently facing a lot of difficulties. Please update the aap. It needs an immediate update

The area where I stay doesn’t have any proper bus stand. This is frustrating and non convenient. Even some times my magic pass not loads. Worst system. When I pass then why I will not get proper service. I’m paying in advance that daily ticket travellers are not doing. This is partiality and pathetic. And even people here doesn’t respect other state people.
