The technology is good but it won’t start with the two taps I have to plug in and quickly do this is not time efficient my wheel measure is better and faster

I tried the device right away and found it quite easy to use. I will be using this for my landscaping project to insure proper drainage. So much better than a string and tape measure (another person gave a 1 star… ??!! WHY???). I will be using it on my property overseas as well. I love that it doesn’t need satellite or cell service to work. This is perfect because some of the places I will be measuring overseas have either spotty or no cell service. I’m GLAD that I found your product! A couple suggestions: 1. The Stick needs a better phone mount as my phone is in a case and it doesn’t provide a secure enough hold on it. 2. The iPad app needs to have the ability to switch views between Portrait to Landscape view for editing.

I purchased a measure device which I have been using for 3 years, love the device. It does whatever I ask it to do when it comes to measurements. I called 1 day ago and told them that I never received my phone attachment for the Moasure stick, even though I had purchased it years ago and they kindly send me a new phone attachment apparatus no questions asked free of charge. They are very responsive and care about their products and customer service. Excellent product and service.

The device requires the creation of an account and verification of an email address. Despite using the “Resend” option when it tells me I must verify my email before logging in, I’ve not received a single email. Now I have a $500 paper weight unless somehow the email comes in, but it’s already been two hours since I attempted to create the account. This is a terrible customer decision. Don’t add things that gate keep customers — especially when you’re unable to reliably execute those controls.

I got this and used it for just two days before ordering two more. This is indeed a game changer. Faster take-offs and instant rendered plans, all with amazingly accurate metrics. Pays for itself in no time! Gotta love technology!

Moasure One App and system is a game changer! Traditional measuring on the commercial level has some competition. I found the APP user friendly coupled with clean 3D rendering in near real time very helpful for projects around the homestead. This innovative approach is only going to get better with time.

This product is easy and convenient to do several tasks. We recently were looking at purchasing a vacant lot to build a home on. In less than 30 minutes we were able to see that the grade difference caused the driveway to be to steep and the cost to cut and fill dirt would be cost prohibitive.

I measure residential and commercial paving projects. This measuring app combined with the moasure tool is a lifesaver. If you think this app and would be useful for you, then I would recommend that you go for it and buy this product. The technical support and team are always there to answer any questions. it seems like a great company to work for, and I am happy that I purchased the tool

After 45 mins of measuring the app just crashed and all the work got erased… again… I’ll try once more and if not I’ll return the product, I can’t be wasting my time like this
