These electric bikes don’t get charged. Today my bike died on me after three blocks. Bike stations often, much too often, have issues and do not release Bikes . APP does not tell you which stations are not operating, so you walk blocks to different stations trying to find a bike that works. You may have stopped off to buy groceries and have a heavy load and find out that your bike doesn’t work.. Now you’re stuck with a heavy load on your back. *Mobi bikes are great,… When they work.

Constantly logs out and you can’t sign in. You can’t see which stations are free. Half the time the bikes are unavailable or deficient.

I can't signup for an account. The app won't let me. Also as soon as I open the app it says update required? There are some serious bugs on this. Reading the reviews this seems commonplace. I deleted this app having ever rented a bike.

Just not a great design. Hard to direct. And I’ve used many bike/scooter share apps before

Strangely sends text to create account successfully but the last step adding an email (5/5) just spins until it finally says SIGN UP again. Tried Monday Sept 16 with same results the next day (Tuesday).

App just hangs during sign up. Biking is infrastructure, these apps need to be bulletproof. Will have to hire bike from elsewhere.

Can’t even sign up for app. Waste of space in Vancouver. Fix this or get rid of your bikes.

This has to be one of the biggest failures that Shaw and Roger’s can hang over their fireplace and that is saying a lot. The app struggles to connect to server, and fails to recognize correct PIN codes. I can practically smell it, and the brains of the developers short circuiting through my phone. It’s also horrendously overpriced. What a joke.

I’ve tried on multiple occasions to select the “subscription service” I want but it never goes past selecting the number of bikes. I wish it didn’t have the subscription option and just functioned like any other rental app honestly.
