With the UniCredit Mobile Banking App and your smartphone, making transactions is easy, fast and secure.
To use the App you must have a UniCredit current account and/or a rechargeable card with IBAN, sign up for the Banca Multicanale Service, download and activate the App.
You can activate the App:
- by Smartphone: press "Activate", enter your Banca Multicanale Codice di Adesione and PIN and press proceed.
- by Banca via Internet: enter your Codice di adesione and PIN, then a one-time password generated by your device, go to "Settings" > "Mobile" > "Smartphone Application" and press proceed.
From the new Home Page you can check the relationships linked to the Multi-Channel Banking Service (current accounts, cards, mortgages and loans, securities portfolio and investments), make transactions and monitor your expenses at your convenience.
In the Current Accounts section you view all your current accounts and transactions (also with the 'Search' function), share IBAN details and manage your account.
In the Cards section you have control of all your UniCredit cards (Credit, Debit, Rechargeable) and can easily manage all available features.
With Personal Fainancial Manager and Budget organize your expenses has never been easier.
Go to your personal area to upload a new profile photo, read notices and messages from the Bank, access Online Documents, read help and F.A.Q. pages or contact the Bank by telephone or chat.
There is also a dedicated Payments section for:
- SEPA transfers, extra SEPA transfers, fund transfers
- mobile phone and UniCredit prepaid card top-ups
- Simplified F24
- pre-printed postal bills, CBILL/PagoPA, blank slips and MAV, RAV, REP payments
Find out how to:
- set up cash withdrawals on UniCredit ATMs with Prelievo Smart
- find the nearest Branch and/or Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) and the route to reach them
- generate one-time passwords with Mobile Token
- book an appointment at the branch through the UBook function
If your Smartphone features a biometric-based recognition technologies, you can access the App and authorise transactions with these recognition tools.

With this app you can also access information and services at any time not only at the physical UniCredit Branch, but also at the Buddy Branch.

iOS version is featured on iPadOS store (Italy)
iPadOS AppStore features both iOS and iPadOS (named "...For Tablet") versions. This may obviously confuse those (like myself) who previously installed the app on iPhone and simply look up for it from an iPad. Please simply remove the iOS version from iPadOS AppStore (the reverse didn't happen so there's no need to have both on the same store).
accesso pietoso
decisamente fa pena, questa è la terza volta che mi tocca disinstallarla e reinstallarla nuovamente perché ogni volta che faccio l’accesso con mio iPhone 15 mi dà come se fosse il primo accesso e quindi mi dà tutte le varie opzioni e poi alla fine del tutte le pagine non si ritorna alla home iniziale, ma bensì ti buttafuori premetto che con questo scherzetto mi è toccato andare due volte in banca per il famoso codice che loro non ti danno, perché te lo dà la banca potreste decisamente migliorarla accesso con iphone 15 pro . non funziona anche se tu hai fatto l’accesso da un sacco di tempo ti dà come se fosse la prima volta che devi visualizzare la schermata per cui ti fa visualizzare tutte le cinque pagine iniziali dove ti descrive ciò che fa l’app e poi ti butta fuori

L’app risulta a volte troppo macchinosa nel ricercare la funzione desiderata. Il menu è confuso ed è priva di alcune funzioni che app di altre banche hanno.
Saldo non aggiornato
Spendi oggi e nel saldo ti risulta tra una settimana…come faccio a tenere sotto controllo le mie spese? Dovrei comprarmi un taccuino? Nel 2025? Arrivo da banca Findomestic e intesa San Paolo, mai avuto di questi problemi…spero sinceramente che risolviate perché è una cosa incomprensibile.

Buongiorno! La vostra app è assolutamente da migliorare! Ho il conto corrente con altra banca da innumerevoli anni e solo online…mai avuto problemi con accesso o logout ! Anche oggi devo recarmi in una filiale UniCredit x problemi di accesso con app dopo aggiornamento! Al prossimo problema chiudo il conto. Saluti
