This app is so terrible to use. Every time I get ready to use it always need to update and it is so annoying.

Have apple iphone, will not let me clock in or out after update, live in rural area where internet it scarce and supposed to work offline to clock in and out and still does not work in offline mode! Needs to be fixed before January 2025 or I won’t get paid for my services…fix gps location errors PLEASE!!!!

This app is awful. It’s extremely time consuming, does not allow for any type of editing for codes or times. I shouldn’t need to log in and out so much. Why are so many codes there if I don’t use them? Set them up for each caregiver. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. You are making my life harder and more stressful.

Latest update and now notifications are just gone. The app doesn’t really fit or work for the caregiving situation and codes are confusing. Can’t correct the time if you need to adjust it. Constantly logs you out.

This app is poorly designed. It does not function properly. Employees can not clock in and out on time.

Bad app don’t work most the time

Been using this app since last year. Usually pretty reliable until about a month and a half ago. It is showing no recipient, no visits scheduled, only the persons name doing the caregiving. Yet when the companies IT department looks they see everything there. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it (2x) and it’s still not working. Now they are threatening to not pay due to us not signing in and out.

Not user friendly and crashes often.

I just got to clients house and the app let me clock in

The app wants to update but takes hours and you can’t put in time for your caregivers. Then it wants a nickname and want take the one you put in.
