Mobile Doorman

I have no idea how the app works. It tells me to change my PW, I do and it says “Failed to login. Sign in was not authorized. Please use Forgot your Password button below.” Not working at all!

The app is glitchy when trying to reset a password. After clicking “Reset Password”, verifying email with a code, and entering a new password, the app just says “Failed to login: sign in was not authorized. Please use ‘Forgot my password’ button below.” But there is no button below, so it’s just a failed feedback loop.

Everytime I try and set up my account I click “create an account” obviously, and then it asks me for a phone number or email. When I enter either of the 2 options it says unable to find user, extremely frustrating.

This app never works and it’s the most frustrating thing because it is how my apartment building sends out notifications. It takes forever to load, doesn’t save my password, and often simply will not open on my phone. My building alleged that they are getting a new app, but that was over a year ago. I’m not sure how Mobile Doorman stays in business. This app is useless.

I can’t view any of my notifications in the app because it’s sized incorrectly for my iPhone 16, placing the notifications icon at the very top part of my phone that does not respond to touchscreen

The app used to be great, but now it’s so slow and takes forever to load the bulletin board I have to just delete it and redownload every time.

A decent app, but it’s completely unusable on the 16 Pro Max at time of writing since the back button can’t be clicked. Also, feels like every important piece of information is way too hard to find

Where is Property or Visitor Registration on app at ? I see it on Preview here ,but not on the actual app.

When I try to create an account, I put in my email address and create a password. It tells me that it won’t log in with my new password and says to hit the password reset button. Only, there is no button to press. I’m stuck on that page with no way to proceed.

Horrible app with minimal support. Zego alone is awful when it comes to helping clients and let alone having to use this app as a means to try and pay something off. As stated in the title I’d give it a negative 5 stars if I could. The amount of time placed on hold only for it to lead no where, the lack of assistance when it came to even resetting my password only for it not to work. You have better luck sending stuff through the mail than to deal with this garbage app.
