Very difficult to deposit checks. You can’t just line it up like other banking apps. The check must be perfectly in the frame generated by the app with NO allowance for skew from phone. Other than that the app is ok

I have several fraudulent items in my checking account. I’ve sent messages to the bank but no one has contacted me about them. I will call on Tuesday. Hopefully someone will be able to help me.

If the app says the check was successfully accepted, it should not be a surprise to find out later that it was not really accepted…? When that happens, a text message should be sent that the deposit has problems after all… Thinking my checks were in process, rather than “ declined,” I threw my checks away- only to find out the following week that there was a problem…

App is awful, constantly glitching or erasing my password. Constantly having to contact the main branch for assistance to log back in
