This is a great advance in customer service.

Excelent and fast

Canadian citizen and passport. Requires PIN or fingerprint ID to Save passport details for passenger (obligatory step even with free version). Does not work.

Keeps crashing. About useless.

Made it quicker going through the customs process. Will continue to recommend through others.

Was on the worst passport check line, extremely disorganized and trying to pass through hundreds of people at a time, about to miss the last connection flight to go home. After my group of 4 saw others using this app, we quickly downloaded it and went through the process. It was quick and easy to fill out info. We were able to use it to skip the line and barely get through. This app is a must for avoiding lines

It already has your photo but each time you use it it keeps asking you to take a pic again for some reason!

The app seems to work, in regards to accepting all information, is somewhat easy to use, on the initial first-time use, saves all data for future use except for a current photo, which is easy to do, provides a receipt that is valid for 4 hours…. BUT….. … It did not give a QR Code. It was not an acceptable method of re-entry into the United States International Airport, that is listed as a usage airport. So, I had to go through the same long re-entry line, as always. Totally unacceptable, and USELESS.

Gimmick Same wait times Questions asked all over again F

Worthless when you can’t submit your form until you arrive at the airport, and when you do, it then requires you to take photos of each person whose form you submitted, but the airport security agent says no photos allowed. This was in Bermuda coming back to the U.S., where you go through customs before leaving Bermuda. Don’t expect functionality from me that the airport doesn’t allow. You two work it out.
