An embarrassment for Penn.

I managed to make account after several tries but now it won’t me log in If I spell My name correctly with the space between the parts of my last name like it is supposed to be it tells me that my name has to be all letters but when I take the space out it tells me that it doesn’t match the pharmacy records. I’m tired of it and fed up

Required to use the app, but doesn’t work. Won’t let me input my bday. Can’t use the app at all.

This app is absolutely horrendous. I’ve attempted to make an account three times using three separate emails. There is no customer service number or email to contact. After the third attempt my account is made, but now I’m stuck at ‘verify ID’ because the app won’t let me input my birthday! I haven’t seen an app this bad since the iPhone 4. When it comes to health care you need a well oiled machine. This isn’t a beta gaming app. This app controls private healthcare information and it runs worse than a 2003 Dell desktop computer. Who is running this app, a child? My god get it together.

This app is useless. Spent 30 minutes loading it and adding prescription and tried to find when it was last filled and couldn’t do it. Feels like 1990s tech. I programmed better than that in the 1990s. I still have to call to find info. It is also faster and easier to use the phone system.

I have not been able too use this app on months. When I log in it cuts off the bottom of the screen. If I am lucky enough to be able to press refills it freezes and I can’t go any further. Please fix this app!

This is a useful app — when it works! For the last few weeks, the app says it can’t show the prescription history and to contact tech support. I haven’t found a way to contact tech support. Without my prescription history, this app is essentially useless to me! Get your act together and fix this issue!!!

I can’t log into my account because who ever put my number in to send me a verification code put the last digit in wrong. So I can’t sign in with out this code and it won’t let me change the number it has. There is no way to contact any type of support to help and the individual hospitals, pharmacies, etc have no idea how to fix anything on these which is also not there problem. I hope people seriously stop using this company because they are useless.

This is the app used by our small town pharmacy however it rarely ever works!

IF you’re lucky enough to open up the app…you will almost always not be able to see your prescriptions. And, rarely ever able to refill them :(
