Mobility All Access

Not having access to trips and timing is just ridiculous. It keeps happening as if some masochist enjoys making a difficult even more so. Pah!

Keeps saying can’t use because it’s not connected to the internet but I tried cellular dated and various WiFi adresses and still doesn’t work

Been trying to login and keeps saying incorrect password. I’ve reset it on the MTA website but the app refuses to accept that password. When I try to reset it from the app it never sends the email. Why bother telling people to use your app if you aren’t going to properly maintain it? What a joke but not surprising from MTA.

I like the app very easy to use. My issue is the space type only has for a person who has a wheelchair. It recently were change. It was many choices you can pick for ex. Walker, scooter etc. I can't use the app to book my trips anymore. I have to call in now 😔.

The original version was better to many bugs

The app always changes my times, I’m never notified when they get there, and now I can’t even log in! Its keeps saying I need to connect to the server and to check my internet, when I have unlimited data, plus I have strong WiFi! All of my other apps are working, and so are my calls and text messages.

How do I log in I have my mobility card every time I use it and my birthday as my password it's saying error

Thanks to the new app! I can do most of the things I need. Generally the ride is also reliable. This new app needs an improvement! The riders should be able to communicate with the drivers. For example, when waiting for the ride, the riders can see where the ride is. But the drivers may be picking up some one else or the bus has technical issues. If we can communicate with the drivers, we will know the reasons for delay. We can make a decision whether to continue waiting for the ride or take a Uber/Lyft to the destination. This could be an enhancement to the app! Thank you, MDOT MTA, for the new app!

It takes forever for the app to load up, when you try to access it. When it finally does load up, I keep getting an ERROR message. I’m always connected to wifi, and even when I’m not, my signal is strong enough. Not being able to login is a huge inconvenience for me because I need to know when my ride comes so that i don’t miss my pick up window, and so that I can plan accordingly should I need a backup plan! I like the app itself, but there are still a few bugs that need fixing
