POOR app/system😡
The favourite trip can be saved but cannot be used afterwards. What’s the point of saving the favourite? Also the whole Mobility on-request system is a crap. I need ti wake up at 4am to book a ride for 6am. Is this customer service? The MAP used by the driver is also horrible. The destination location is never correct. I have to run 🥵to the “pickup” point which is not where I registered. This is not safe for the passenger. Many times I also need to “hold the hand” of the driver to get to the exact location where I want to be dropped off. Moreover, the route suggested by the map to the driver is NOT the shortest NOR the most efficient one. Please tell the drivers to use Google or Apple map instead.
