Mobility Parc

Neither the app nor the website let me rent a bike in Amt Pèlerin. The code provided doesn’t work. There is no feedback at all from the bike locks, you can enter a correct number or not, it does not react. I had to provide all my credit card details to even get a chance to rent a bike. Then I had to try 20 times, no success. My plan to bike in Mont Pèlerin failed, wasted an hour on this of my Sunday.

I have to use the webpage to try and book a bike. The app times out after 15 seconds, does not have a complete list of stations, and the QR scanning function is hit and miss. Inhave written to the developers over a month ago (watt world), but never heard back. If Communes are offering mobility, it cant be through a bugging, poorly developed app served through a vendor like this.
