Xr30 g6 keeps having issues with time zone going to some random time year 2066 🤦🏼‍♀️ Andre it always happens when you are away.. come back from a trip and you have daylight at night.. support keeps suggesting to reset time zone or to do this or that instead of fixing the issue itself with software

Если бы знал, что такое глючное приложение, никогда бы не посмотрел в сторону этих светильников. На моменте запуска часто захожу в приложение, что нибудь подкорректировать и каждый раз после изменений, всё начинает глючить и работать не синхронно, после долгих сбросов всего возможного настраиваю заново, но через пару дней заходя в приложение сталкиваюсь с подобной проблемой. И ещё по непонятной причине постоянно моргают клавиши белым светом на обоих светильником, иногда на одном по ночам горят синим.

Отвратительно стало все работать. Два дня назад вообще вылетало приложение и помпы не удавалось настроить. Так же помпы через раз начало видеть приложение. Разработчики молчат… прошивки не выпускают…. Все стало очень плохо.

After trying to update device it is stopped identifying via Bluetooth. After hard reset and couple of hours “dancing” around device i finally get update by another phone and new account. Now i have wrong serial number in app and can’t use my old account, all my settings disappeared too. No answer from support around two weeks.

Versa calibration does not work! Two identical lights shine with different brightness even after calibration. Just a terrible app. The quality of the lights has deteriorated very much compared to the g4.

После загрузки и пары дней использования не могу сконнектиться по usb свой Радион. Мобиус тоже не находит девайс. Не знаю что теперь делать

New platform by ETM is awesome. I like new app mobius, also design and useful interface. Hope that pumps and light will be added soon to app :)

Dauernd Unterbrechungen beim speichern der Einstellungen. Demo Mode macht was er will . Insgesamt schlecht das ganze .

Unbelievable how useless this app is. Connectivity issues over and over again. Tried with different Apple devices, followed all tips and hints I was able to find on the Internet (restarted also several times my Vortechs but nothing works). It‘s so frustrating to spend that amount of money and running over and over again in such issues without getting any information what the real root cause is. There are so many other people out there having the same issues if you search through the forums. Trying it over and over again until it suddenly seems to work again and little bit later if you exit the app and start to open it later again, you end up in the same issue. Would love to say something more positive but this behavior is simply disappointing.
