Terrible customer service
I had a truly disappointing experience with their customer service. Unfortunately, they failed to respond to any of my inquiries after I made the purchase. The entire process of receiving my order felt like a never-ending roller coaster ride, and the lack of options for returns only added to the frustration. Their failure to reply to any of my messages was truly disheartening. It's a shame because they offer great quality products, but the lackluster customer service made the entire experience incredibly unpleasant.
