Login issues
I downloaded the app to make paying down my student loan easier on myself when not near my computer. For whatever reason, the login credentials that work when I login through a web browser don’t seem to work with the app. The login help didn’t do much to solve my issue either. Would be great if this bug was fixed.
How do you even get in touch?
Tried logging in from the mobile web browser but site won’t allow it/keeps locking account. Downloaded the app…same and when I reset the password it says that MOHELA is no longer using app? My husband has spent HOURS on the phone trying to get thru and nothing. Worst company ever!
The worst
I don’t understand why they make signing on so difficult. I already have a user password. I’m also having issues logging on the regular website. Of course they will reach out if you owe or are late. Please get it together.

Doesn't work with transfered navient accounts
It doesn't work with any accounts that were transferred from navient. It will give you an account id not found error. I tried the website and it looks in fine. Fix your app.
Sad App
This app does not work. U can only get to mohela from a website. Why? People cant get mohela on the phone. If there is s dead line to pay then u may miss it and be recorded in the credit bureaus for late payments. Sad. Signed Please update ur APP.
Take the app off the store, it’s discontinued
Just made me go through the whole set up only to say that I need to go the website. I’m confused as to why this is still available on the App Store and it’s getting updates, but is completely non functional.
Why still in the store?
When logging in the app says it is no longer a valid app. Why is it still in the App Store? It should be deleted from the ecosystem!
