mojeIKP is a free application from the Polish Ministry of Health. Install and receive e-referrals, e-prescriptions and e-orders for medical devices right on your phone. Show the QR code at a pharmacy and fill an e-prescription without providing your PESEL (Polish resident identification number). Review your treatment history. Set a reminder to take the medication. Check the medication's leaflet by scanning its packaging. Grant access to your Electronic Medical Records (EDM) to medical staff and facilities. Apply for an EHIC or a replacement certificate for the EHIC. In an emergency, use the rescue function, which will provide step-by-step instructions on how to provide first aid. Have important healthcare phones on hand. Enjoy a free exercise program, pedometer, hydration counter and access to a diet portal.
Basic functionality:

• downloading e-prescriptions and e-referrals as a pdf file, which can be sent to relatives or medical staff by e-mail or text message
• granting access to your Electronic Medical Records (EDM) to medical staff and facilities
• applying for the EHIC and the certificate temporarily replacing the EHIC
• access to the Individual Medical Care Plan (IPOM)
• access to children's medical records
• e-registration for COVID-19 vaccination and preventive examinations
• access to the EU Digital COVID Certificate
• access to information on how to give first aid
• quick access to diets prepared by the Polish National Health Fund (NFZ), including recipes and shopping lists
• quiz on prevention
• "8 weeks to health" training program
• information about the number of steps taken integrated with the Health app
