My rewards have been pending for over a month. Customer support doesn’t respond to your messages when you tell them your gift cards are missing. Looks like everyone else has the same exact issue with this app! Why continue to keep this app open if it doesn’t work. So frustrating! Do better!!!
I initially gave a better rating because they did finally come through with the first gift card. However, I redeemed again almost 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received the gift card and getting no response from support.
SCAM!!! Do not get it!
This app used to be legit, and pretty good for the most part. Even received the first payment without any issues. To my surprise, the second payment is still “pending”since Nov. 7th. Their customer support is useless, and just as absent. Then finally, a notification popped up a the app. Evidently, there was some malicious activity, like being hacked. Which I get, it can be rather difficult to recover from. However, watching ads, and daily use, plus the time & effort it takes to cash out, and for what? Given the circumstances, it’s not worth the time of effort now, especially if there’s no way of knowing the outcome from this, & from their issues. Their communication (or lack there of) should be better.
I purchased or submitted a gift card on August 13th 2024 I still has not received do you know when I will be receiving I don’t mind watching all the ads and fallowing the rules but payment should be prompt Today is September 30th I still has not received it’s been 6 weeks As of today I still haven’t received any gift cards I have submitted 3 of them sent emails never responded
It’s easy enough to build up points but you won’t get your rewards. I have been waiting for over three weeks for my two gift cards and for a week for them to respond to my inquiries. There are other apps that actually pay off. Don’t waste your time with this one.
App. Started well would pay your gift card quick. No it won’t pay. After watching commercials it’s really not worth it.
Still trying to redeem my amazon giftcard since October 28th. They removed access to contact support. Why does it always take a month to get a reward? UPDATE 11/26/24 - Still no response nor received any gift cards. UPDATE 12/9/24 - Still nothing. Everyone should report this app as fraud.
Waste of time. This is crazy. I now have two pending cash outs. I’ve watched a bunch of videos and nothing to show for it.
Can’t redeem my rewards been over a month!
