Is it working anyway??? Installed the app and bought February magazine - after downloading it is written that some problems happened - try again without downloading. The same is still happening after changed my phone from iphone4 to iphone5. Fix it or return money!

The app layout is quite simple and straightforward. Initial impression is that it’ll be easy to use. However, after making subscription (that part is easy and swift), the download takes quite a while. Only if the reading experience would be smoother!

Whilst I love the magazine, issues persist with my online subscription. I’ve been unable to access it for about 3 weeks and was told by mag shop that it’s an AP issue that is out of their control and it should be fixed soon. Meanwhile, I cannot open the new magazine or any of my previously paid for and downloaded magazines.

My subscription is not being recognised. Will change review once I can use the app

After I log in, the app continuously logs me out after 5-10 seconds.

I wish I didn’t have to log out of my work account and into my personal account every month just to download this magazine… please enable family sharing of the subscription.

I’m a new subscriber. February’s issue has only just appeared and now my subscription is not recognised and I’m being asked to pay for it. I have been dealing with your team who have been good, but this has been going on for a month.

This app continually crashes - please rectify. Renders the magazine subscription useless. App took till 23 February to show February edition

The monthly download is late, the physical copies are at the newsagent and not yet available to be downloaded!

App is down, needs rebooting???
