Это переворот на рынке! Само по себе приложение отлично выполнено, но что этот девайс делает! Не сомневаюсь, Инженеры сделали огромную работу, вклад в это устройство колоссален! И да, не все поймут идею данного продукта, в прочем, гениальность не для всех...

I knew the money was wasted when I was purchasing the augmented paper. This app made it worst!!!! Syncing me back in 2015!! A simple thing this company couldn’t fix when charging arms and legs for their product. Stay in stone ages Montblanc. Don’t buy their product cause they have zero support!!!!!

The product is typical Mont Blanc, all luxury and beautiful craftsmanship. Unfortunately it is also a tech product so it needs to be as good on the tech side... and it is not. At first, I was disappointed to see zero integration with neither OneNote nor Evernote. That would have been a good start. The app UX is ok but nothing at par with the price you pay for the product. Here's the worst part. Since I got the app on my iPhone 7+, my Outlook Mobile can't open PDF anymore which is very annoying. I delete MontBlanc and voilà, it works fine again. I've asked A senior app developer why. He told me that the MontBlanc app probably registers on iOS as the default app for PDF files which clearly it should not. So until that is fixed in the app I'm left with... just a super expensive writing pad, no smart, no augmented paper feature. Please fix this and update your app to bring it to what we expect from MontBlanc.

The app crashes on iPhone each time after loaded for 20 seconds. After multiple call to customer service and emails. I finally figured out the problem: the Inkspace Cloud made too many copies of the same note, and it went into an endless loop whenever it synced. Then crashed. If uninstall and do NOT connect to the inkspace, it doesn’t crash. I hope this problem can be fixed.

This app, which is the whole point of augmented paper, didn’t work at first that great and now just shuts down and crashes within 20 seconds. Expected much more with a name like Montblanc behind it.

Have to say, am highly disappointed. The app crashes…and crashes….and crashes. Does not connect to the cloud, does not upload any notes. For a luxury brand/item, the technology should be spot on. It is not. Concept is great, but it is a shame that this has turned into nothing more than an expensive notebook. Needs to be fixed.
