I’ve trained with Adam for years! He has a lot of experience and really knows what he’s talking about. He’s always goes above and beyond! You can tell that he really loves what he does and he really cares about finding the best workouts to fit you.

I really like the app. The in-app timer is great, you can pause mid workout, stop it, leave the workout and come back if you need to. It previews the next workout during the rest period which is really helpful. And each workout has a demo video you can watch during the workout, so if you’re like me and forget the workout, it’s right there to watch. I’ve worked with Adam for a while now and it’s easy to see his dedication to this and easy to see the benefits of his program. And it’s only going to get better. I’m hot. Like literally because of all the sweating. But I do love how I look these days! I’m in the best shape of my life and I’ve been doing the program for about 12 weeks. Commit to your healthiest self. No excuses. Now is the time to take care of your body. I don’t regret a single thing (okay maybe the burpees) but other than that no regrets! Adam gives you the support you need, workouts that work, and simple nutrition advice for even the busiest person (me 🙋🏻‍♀️)!
