Hello, I downloaded this app to use the water machine and added $5 to the wallet. Unfortunately it did not work on the machine. There was no way to change the money back to my account. Are there any suggestions? I wish this had worked.

As a vending business owner and operator, this app works beautifully if it’s set up properly on the business owners end. I have customers that are so happy with this app! They enjoy using the punch card, playing games for cashback, and receiving free items when they fill out their punch cards. It is a great reward app if the owners have it set up correctly.

I scanned a QR code on the machine at work and I added money to the wallet. And when I tried yo use it nothing happened. Come to find out the owner of machine said it’s not connected to the app. 🤷‍♂️ why offer an app with rewards if it’s not connected? And to top this all off I can’t refund the money back to my bank card.

Why, why, why would I need to download an app just to refill my water?? JUST TAKE A CREDIT CARD. What was wrong with the way we’ve been doing things for YEARS to the point we had to over complicate with this terrible app. App took 10 minutes to sign up, and even STILL it did not work.

What a horrible app. Just trying to get air in my tires and wasted almost 30 minutes of my day trying to figure this out. I am not an old person. I am an IT specialist. This app is so poorly designed. I cannot figure out how to do anything on it, the walk-through did not help and this app is a complete waste of time. Whoever developed this app should be put behind bars. I will never again he is a air pump that has anything to do with this app ever

This app is so weird. Just let us use Apple Pay. I gave up using the vending machine because the startup for this app was so dumb, long, and confusing.

Machines don’t work half the time

Went through the lengthily steps, scanned the QR code on the primo water dispenser and in the app it showed a location over 100 miles away…. I manually typed in the ID to connect # and same thing… Terrible technology!
