moodflx | Anonymous Mood

Freezes, loses your lifetime points and disconnects from your linked AIA Vitality account. No tech support.

Have used it for ~3 months. One day i logged in and all my progress had been lost. Now at least once a week all my points are cleared out. Trying to link the app to AIA Vitality just opens the App Store.. this used to work, but doesnt any more There is noone to contact about these issues. If youre trying to earn Vitality points get the Insight Timer app. Moodflx is only going to frustrate you

I think this is good in that it encourages one to reflect on their mood and the cause of one’s mood. Unfortunately the app is broken and buggy. It looses your accrued points and freezes constantly. There is also zero support for issues arising with the app.

Constant syncing issues with the vitality app and reverts to no sync and you lose points

Was working and then froze and no longer works. Also didn’t retain any previous history Uninstalled

What more can I say, it started off well but today no more. I open it up but can’t plot a mood. I toggle the anonymous button but it won’t save a name either. It looks pretty but doesn’t work.

Was good but now will not work which I find disappointing

The app is a good idea and the company must have been pleased when AIA started to use it for their app. But it loses data, forgets who you are and freezes for days at a time. Worst of all, this mood app will put you in a bad mood!!
